LEVEL 1 Coach Course

A Level 1 Coaches clinic will be run by Greg Doolan, Hockey NSW Regional Coaching Coordinator – Hunter

Where: Newcastle hockey centre, Turton rd, Broadmeadow
When: Saturday 28th of may 2016 10:00am to 12:00noon

Who should do this course?

· Anyone that is coaching club or representative hockey

· Parents/Players wanting to know more about the game

· Anyone interested in becoming a casual coach for Hockey NSW

The course will consist of:

· 45m power point presentation and question time – Part A

· 30m practical session for the coaches (bring your stick) – Part B

· 45m ‘Teaching skills’ and ‘conducting’ a training exercise – Part C

COST

· FREE to attend the face-to-face course

· $40 to be paid online to Hockey Australia

To fully complete your Level 1 Coach HockeyEd accreditation, you will need to complete the online compo-nent, found here: http://hockeyed.hockey.org.au
