Assistance required at the U18s Championships in Newcastle

To date we have not had anyone volunteering to assist at the Under 18s State Championship in Newcastle on the 8th to the 10th of May this year.  We rely on the support of our clubs to help us host these events and it is expected that each club will fulfill this request and help us to promote our Association and support junior hockey.

We are asking that each junior club provide 3 volunteers for 2 x 1 hour time-slots to man the BBQ and help in the canteen. A roster will be arranged for the hours between 8am and 3pm on Saturday 9th and 8am and 11am on Sunday 10th. As this is a Junior carnival under 18s are able to assist?
