Girls U11 Rep Nomination

Nominations are open for the under 11s rep team. Nomination forms are available HERE and on request from rep@ndwha.com.au.

Nomination forms are due, with proof of payment of the nomination fee, by 26^th April.

Selections will be held;

Date: Wednesday 1st May 2013

Time: 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Place: Newcastle Hockey Centre – South Field

The cost will be $5 to cover turf hire and is payable on the day.

Please be on time and ready to take the field by 5:00pm.

If you wish to nominate and cannot make selection day please submit  a summary of the players experience and previous teams to rep@ndwha.com.au prior to the selection day.
