Men’s Grand Masters World Cup: 3rd -12th May 2016
The Men’s Grand Masters World Cup is being held at the Newcastle International Hockey Centre from tomorrow 3rd May until the 12th May. The opening ceremony commences at noon on Tuesday the 3rd.
Our hockey centre has been transformed for this international event with pop up food vans, a new bar close to the South Field (under cover in the big Marquee that you cannot miss) and great coffee. The food outlets (straight from the Olive Tree Markets) will be open from 9am until around 3pm (longer each day if there are customers) and the bar will be serving drinks (three types of beer) until much later. The hockey centre canteen will continue to operate as usual with a larger selection of healthy choices.
