NIHC Rules for using the new Turf fields

Rules for new turf pitches.

1. Entry to all fields is though the water troughs.
2. Players entering the field MUST WALK AROUND THE TURF. Those leaving the field may walk across.
3. Training is NOT PERMITTED in the goal circles. NIHC is purchasing goals that will be used for training. Competition goals are not to be moved.  NIHC will be marking dots on the surface to indicate a goal circle for training purposes.
4. South field training – goals will on be permitted on the eastern side and the centre is purchasing high nets to be placed on that side of the field.
5. Bobby pins are not allowed only flat hair clips are permitted.
6. Sticks with any sharp edges will not be allowed on the turf until said stick has been repaired.
7. All casual turf hire is to be paid for and all players must notify the centre office on their arrival and pay before entering the turf.
