Player Wanted for Golden Oldies Liepzig 2 – 9 August

Hi ladies,

We are looking for a replacement Snowbird. Nobody can replace Shirley but we do have a spot that is all paid up.

I have contacted GO and there is no refund available at this late time. If Shirley purchased travel insurance then the family can pursue this avenue to receive a refund.

NEED TO BE 35 or older.

Therefore … there is a spot available for the festival week. Shirley has paid CDN $2,225.16

Here’s what’s included:

The Festival week beginning Sunday August 2 – August 9 (7 nights) in Leipzig (one hour from Berlin) staying at the Westin.

Extra night pre-festival Saturday August 1 i.e 8 nights!!!!

2 optional GO tours       –          Thursday, August 6 – Explore the Harz Mountains on an historic steam locomotive to the “Brocken”

–           Saturday, August 8 – Champagne Tour – trip to Freyburg/Unstrut – Rotkaeppchen

Oh ya .. would be my roommate 😉

I don’t expect the last minute person to pay all of what Shirley paid but I would like to ask that the person pay at least CDN $500 which would go to Shirley’s family/charity of their choosing … whatever. The person would also be responsible for getting themselves to and from Leipzig – the train station is a few minutes walk from our hotel, the Westin.
