Vale Shirley Murrell

Dear Clubs and Life Members,

It is with much sadness that I write this to let you all know that Shirley passed away early this morning after suffering a heart attack and stroke.

I am sure you will all remember Shirley fondly as she was a stalwart in hockey circles – often seen in the canteen assisting or on her scooter barracking for each hockey side.  She will be missed.

We are not sure of any funeral arrangements at this stage as many of you how knew Shirley will understand that she did not want a funeral.
